Stafffinders are now recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef..
Our client are a well-established restaurant with rooms in Fife who have a wealth of experience in the industry and have held rosettes for many years, this has allowed them not only to create a loyal customer base but also attracts new clientele to the restaurant year upon year.  The company provide an excellent dining experience and they also have a traditional Scottish bar which is a firm favourite with locals and tourists alike
As Sous Chef for this Rosette awarded restaurant you will work closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team to create and deliver exceptional dishes in a relaxed and fun environment.
The ideal sous chef for this position will have the following:

2-3 years’ experience in a rosette standard kitchen
Strong management skills and the ability to lead the team in Head Chefs absence
Proven track record of dealing with budgets, ordering and GPs
Experience creating, costing and implementing new seasonal menus

The successful candidate will be a great team player and excellent motivator who is confident using fresh, local produce and a great eye for detail and most importantly someone who is career driven and ambitious.
