The role itself will be working within a strong team of chefs and you will be responsible for running of the kitchen and support the Head chef. With standards being set so high full training of each section will be given and within time the scope for progression is unparalleled.
 
The excellent reputation for high quality food using only fresh, seasonal local produce which is in abundance is an exciting prospect to work with. A refined attention to detail is needed along with a good strong work ethic. Cooking for around 45 to covers per service the emphasis is quality and technique to excite guests. This type of opportunity in this establishment does not come around very often and not to be missed.  
 
Successful applicants should have experience at Sous Chef level or above at 1/2 rosette level or above, have shown employer loyalty and longevity. This is a great opportunity for aspiring chefs with their career progression in mind to move to the very top and have top grade training.
 
The position commands a salary of £25,000 to £28,000 plus tips, live in accommodation and benefits for the right candidate dependant on experience.
