Stafffinders are currently recruiting onbehalf of one of Cumbria's most incrediblehotels for a talented and driven Sous Chef. The restaurant has a realfocus on using fresh, locally sourced produce to provide guests with highquality, imaginative cuisine.
The hotel is set in truly stunningsurroundings that captives guests and diners from the moment they arrive andlong after & the food is expected to do exactly the same. Everything ismade fresh and in house, with clever flavour combinations backed by soundculinary knowledge, the quality is absolutely stellar.
The role will involve preparation of variousingredients around the kitchen and setting up a corner in a timely manner andsharing your experience with junior chefs in the brigade. You must be competent at the passe & have a strong fresh food background.
The job will involve working alongside thecurrent brigade, taking responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen.The successful candidate must be able to work well as part of a team and ontheir own initiative.
