Stafffinders are currently recruiting on behalf of an expanding company for a Sous Chef to work in one of their hotels. The hotel is set in the East Dunbartonshire & is a hugely popular wedding destination. The Hotel is known for its modern style of food, using local ingredients and clever flavour combinations to create great dishes.
The successful Sous Chef will be expected to have an exceptional previous record of working within a fresh food environment and have great team management abilities. The hotel uses all fresh food, however a branded background can be useful for keeping to the consistency required for this restaurant. The successful candidate will be able to lead the team in the Head Chef's absence, motivate and train junior chefs & ensure the companies high standards are adhered to with regards to preparation, presentation and all relevant Health & Safety criteria.  This is a fantastic opportunity with a highly competitive salary, rising after a successful trial period, great training and accommodation if required.
