Stafffinders are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the Highlands most charming hotels for a dynamic, enthusiastic Sous Chef. The hotel has a relaxed style, with well-known dishes, cleverly intertwined with some fresh twists.

The Role
 
The role will involve preparation of various ingredients around the kitchen and setting up a corner in a timely manner. The hotel prides itself in using locally sourced ingredients to provide guests a remarkable, world class dining experience. This is a remarkable place to work and expand your skills. The menus are designed to accommodate a variety of customers, & the business of the restaurant reflects that the menus are working well
 
The job will involve working alongside the current brigade, taking responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. A minimum of 2 years experience in at least a 1 rosette kitchen or high end gastro pub would be required for this role.
 
Due to the location of the hotel, this role may suit someone with access to their own transport.
