Stafffinders are delighted to be working with one of Scotland’s most fantastic hotels. The hotel is a converted castle less than half an hour from Inverness. With pristine gardens, elegant rooms & attentive service all part of the experience, the food expected by guests should be nothing short of tantalising – that’s where you come in.
 
The role will involve working alongside the very talented Head Chef.   The job would suit someone who is currently a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie wanting to step up. Working in a brigade of 4, you will be responsible for looking after the kitchen when the Head Chef is away and aiding with the efficient running of the kitchen.
 
The ideal candidate must be highly creative and always be seeking to improve their skill set in an environment where this will be allowed to flourish. You will also be heavily involved in producing daily specials and help with menu planning using local seasonal produce. You show passion, flair and pass on your knowledge to the junior chefs in the brigade.
 
The role comes with a salary of 26k per annum plus gratuities. The hotel will also be able to assist in finding appropriate accommodation.
 
Due to the location of the hotel, this role may be suited to someone with access to their own transport.
