Sous/Pastry Chef

Stafffinders are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the Highlands most luxurious boutique hotels for an ambitious & skilled Sous/Pastry Chef. The hotel is set in some of the most picturesque scenery imaginable in the Scottish Highlands.
 
The role will involve preparation of gourmet dishes and high end plated desserts. The hotel prides itself in using locally sourced ingredients to provide guests with the best possible experience with desserts providing the final showpiece of a remarkable dining experience.
 
The job will involve working alongside the current team and forming an incredible dynamic to produce the best food possible work towards further accolades.
There is a big emphasis on creativity within this role. A minimum of 2 years experience in at least a 1 or 2 rosette kitchen would be required for this role.
 
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high quality hotel or restaurant. The job provides a competitive salary, accommodation & other great benefits. The ideal candidate is expected to have a full knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH and qualified to at least S/NVQ level 2.
 
Due to the location of the hotel, this role may suit someone with access to their own transport.
