The Job and You...
You will report directly to the proprietors and management, with key responsibilities including overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of all front of house areas, in particular the renowned restaurant operation. The position has a high level of responsibility including opening & closing, as well as deputising for senior management. Very much a hands-on, proactive role, you will gain exposure to all areas of the hotel operation, allowing you the chance to develop your career at the highest level. 
The role could be ideal for a recent graduate, ambitious supervisor or head waiter, as full training and development will be provided. Key to the role is attitude, personality and ambition. The position has definite progression opportunities, with eventual movement to senior management a possibility for the successful candidate.
