Chive & Mustard Dressing

 

90ml Red Wine Vinegar

30g Dijon Mustard

30g Whole Grain Mustard

360ml Mild Olive Oil

40g Chives (Chopped)

Salt & Pepper

 

Place the mustard and vinegar in a stainless steel bowl.

Using a whisk slowly add the oil in a steady stream whisking until the mixture is emulsified.

Add the chopped chives just before you use the dressing.
