Milk Chocolate Sauce

600ml water
100g dark cocoa powder
1 tin condensed milk
1 large tablespoon liquid glucose
650g Milk Chocolate
Mix the water, cocoa powder, glucose & condensed milk together.
Whisk out any lumps and slowly bring to the boil in a heavy based pot.
Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
Strain the liquid to remove any lumps and pour over 650g milk chocolate.
Store in the fridge and use within 5 days.
