The service and attention to detail was excellent and consistent right from the beginning of the evening, starting with the beautiful and fresh bread basket and various dipping dishes on the table.

The Chicken Liver pate was perfect! Accompanied with thin toast and chutney which was presented well, you could tell that great attention to detail and pride was given when plating up this dish.  The Blade of beef with honey cooked parsnips was cooked exactly as ordered and the Smoked Halibut/Crayfish with Lentils and Lobster sauce was absolutely delicious, the Ham Cassoulet went perfectly and the dish was packed with flavour and extremely filling, again you could tell that lots of thought and effort had gone into each element on the plates.

The Chef has previous pastry experience and you can tell, each item on the dessert tasting platter was perfect, the great variation and unique flavour combo would suits most people,

Overall the three course meal was well worth the money, the service was maintained throughout the highly enjoyable evening, the food was quality and the dishes were flawless, matched by happy and knowledgeable staff all providing a spot on service.
